Strengthening

Working out biceps, triceps, and glutes are essential, no doubt, but how about working out those feet?

Strengthen those Feet

Strong feet are healthy feet. When your feet are healthy, they are less likely to have bunions, hammertoes, and neuromas. Most people have experienced foot pain in their life.

One way to avoid foot pain is by keeping your feet strong. Strong feet support proper alignment, which reduces foot, knees, hips, and back pain.

So, those funny-looking appendages need your attention! If your feet hurt, your whole body hurts! If I have heard that once, I’ve heard it hundreds of times!

Yoga for Feet

Yoga is a great tool to strengthen the feet. So get out that yoga mat! Other beneficial exercises are heel and toe raises and barefoot walking. Try exercising the toes too by picking up marbles or a towel with them.
